Kamel Hothi is Director of South Asian markets Lloyds Bank, and Chair of the Government National Employment Panel for Procurement. Kamel drives the bank’s strategy for the Asian business community and influences government policies on ethnic diversity in the workplace.
Merging with HBOS these days the pressure is on, however how calm and poised can be is a lesson learnt from Kamel. Dynamic but straightforward talking, full of business and life experiences and always thinks progressively positive.
I simply had to have Kamel return and be part of the International Women’s Day Shoot as it would not have been complete without her.
This is another woman who is involved and commits her time in supporting her time with many organisations. Jewel Awards is a special event that TSB Lloyds supports each year. Celebrating brilliance in three different regions of the country, north, south and midlands of Jewel awards.
I look after my disabled mother and sometimes when it gets too difficult I gain ultimate strength and I feel powerful when I think about how Kamel also put her traditional and cultural values first.
If I had an older sister, she would be someone like Kamel, caring nature that calms us and strengthens our spirit. I can describe her as a calming force whom I completely adore. Thank you….
